WHAT IS AFTERPAY?

Afterpay offers simple and affordable instalment plans for online and
in-store shoppers. The payment platform allows you to purchase in four equal
instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for
$200, you pay 4 instalments of $50. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay
so long as you pay on time. All of your payments are interest free and you will
receive your order straight away.

WHO CAN USE AFTERPAY ?

HOW DO I USE AFTERPAY?

  1. Place your order: Add your items to your shopping cart and checkout as a normal order.
  2. Select Afterpay on checkout: Select Afterpay when you checkout. It will take you directly to Afterpay to complete your order.
  3. Choose how to pay: When you are re directed to Afterpay you will be asked to sign in to your account or create an account. From here you can nominate the credit or debit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments. Get approved instantly and securely.
  4. Receive your purchase: Once checkout has successfully been finalised we will have your order sent out in the next 48 hours (Not including weekends and public holidays)
  5. Payments: Afterpay will remind you of your payment schedules and will process all payments automatically. We highly recommend downloading the Afterpay app. You can pay before payment due dates but missing a payment can result in yourself paying Fees.
PLEASE NOTE: Your first payment will be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase. However if this is your first time using Afterpay or you have a number of purchases you haven't paid off yet, Afterpay may charge you for your first payment straight away on checkout and your last payment 6 weeks after purchase.
 

RETURNS

Our Return Policy still applies to ALL orders even those using Afterpay. If you want to return your item(s) you are still eligible for a refund, exchange or store credit. Please note that shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded.
Once we have received the returned items and accepted your return, we will then contact Afterpay and all your future payments will be cancelled. Please note we will only contact Afterpay once we have received the returned item. This means if you have a planned payment before the item is returned to us and processed, it is still your responsibility to make that payment so you are not charged any extra fees.
If you have already made a payment/s before cancelling your order, the total amount paid will be returned to the credit card or debit card you used. Afterpay will process the refund immediately and you will be notified by email. Please Note: Your bank may take 48 hours or longer to refund your money to your card.
